What types of items do you create?

We specialize in one-of-a-kind jewelry, laser-engraved pieces, and handmade crafts. Each item is made with care and designed to be truly unique.


Do you take custom orders?

Yes and no. We are happy to make customizations to products that we sell, as well as products that you already own. At this time, we do not create custom products or design custom jewelry at client request.


How long does it take to receive my order?

Production times vary depending on the piece, but most orders are completed within 1-3 weeks. We’re happy to provide an estimated timeline before you place your order.


Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each piece is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.


How should I care for my jewelry or wood items?

Though our items arrive polished and sealed, we recommend storing jewelry in a dry place and keeping wood items away from prolonged moisture.


Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, our products are delivered in high-quality packaging, ready for gifting. If you’d like to include a personalized note, just let us know.


Where do you ship?

We frequently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss options so we can research the tarrif situation at that moment.
